How hard is it to set up?+
Honestly, under 2 minutes. It arrives pre-configured and customised for your event. Plug it in, press start, party on. No tech skills needed.
Do I need internet for it to work?+
Nope. Every unit has built-in 5G. If signal drops, the booth queues everything up and sends it as soon as it reconnects, guests never notice.
When does it arrive and get collected?+
DPD delivers at least 24 hours before your event. Collection is the next working day (Friday/Saturday/Sunday events collect Monday). You get a 1-hour DPD window for both.
Is usage really unlimited?+
Yes. 100 photos or 10,000, same price. There are zero time limits. Keep it running for the whole weekend if you want.
Do I get all the photos afterwards?+
Yes, a full online gallery delivered within a few hours of collection. Facebook gallery on request too.
Can I get printouts?+
Optional add-on, we post prints the day after the event so everyone gets their keepsakes in the post.
